Every year, the Health Business Week kicks off with a grand opening at an external location. This year, the opening will take place at HAL4 Aan de Maas, located just a 10-minute walk from the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus, and centres around the theme of prevention, which forms the common thread throughout the entire Health Business Week.
During the opening, several inspiring speakers will explore prevention in healthcare from different perspectives, reflecting on its role within the Dutch healthcare system, its societal and economic impact, and its future developments. By bringing together diverse viewpoints, the opening provides a strong and engaging introduction to the theme of the week which is "Health that lasts, Care that prevents".
All attendees will receive a goodiebag, and after the programme there will be a networking drink with delicious appetizers. Several speakers will also join this drink, giving students the opportunity to connect with them in an informal and approachable setting.
All in all, the opening at HAL4 Aan de Maas promises to be an inspiring and accessible start to the Health Business Week.
