International Activity

For the first time, the Health Business Week introduces a dedicated session created specifically for international students who are interested in building a future in the Dutch healthcare, policy and research landscape.

We know that finding your way into the Dutch labour market as an international student can be challenging. Language barriers, unfamiliar recruitment practices and a lack of insight into how the system works often make it difficult to take the next step. This new session is designed to bridge that gap and make the Health Business Week truly accessible and relevant for international students.

During this interactive session, you will engage in open conversations with professionals from academia and practice who have experience working and building a career in the Netherlands. They will share their personal journeys, challenges and lessons learned, offering honest insights into what it takes to successfully enter the Dutch healthcare sector as an international.

The focus is on connection, recognition and practical takeaways. There is plenty of room to ask questions, exchange experiences and gain clarity on possible career paths.

If you are an international student who wants to better understand your opportunities in the Netherlands and take a meaningful step towards your future career, sign up now!
